Follow 5 Steps to get direct admission in your preferred university.
Step 1: Apply online through website or download an application form or write to us at
Fill up an application form and forward us the following documents as attachments, by post or visit our office:
- * Certified copy of the mark sheet/grade sheet/transcripts of
- * Copy of Birth certificate or X standard mark sheet showing date of birth.
- * Copy of passport of the applicant (personal detail pages
Step 2: Get Admission letter
On satisfying the all the eligibility requirements, the admission letter will be emailed and posted to us, confirming the reservation of a seat for the student at the University. The seat allotment is done in any of the university strictly on a first come first serve basis, subject to the final decision of the University and the marks obtained in the 12th standard (in case of the MBBS student) and the passing of the degree course along with the completion of the internship for the post graduate students.
Step 3. Get Visa Invitation
After admission confirmation and getting the passport copy , the university starts the process of issuing the official "LOI" (Letter of Invitation – Study). It takes around 20 – 45 days (depends upon the issuing country) to get the original "LOI".
Step 4: Visa
After receiving the "LOI - Study", BGC assists students to apply for a student visa.
Step 5: Departure& Final registration
After receiving the stamped visa , student can prepare himself /herself to depart to the concerned country prior to one month from the expiring date. Students are advised to reach respective university’s campus at least weeks before the commencement of the classes and report to the office of International admissions for the final registration i.e. submission of original documents along with the passport. Only after completing the final admission formalities, student is allowed to sit in the classes. BGC assists student in final registration process and hostel room allotment.
